Jessica Graziano has been elected to Air Products’ Board of Directors, effective 1st December 2023.
A senior executive with more than 20 years of financial leadership experience, Graziano will sit on the Audit of Finance Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.
Seifi Ghasemi, Chairman, President and CEO of Air Products, said he is delighted to welcome Graziano to the Board.
He added, “We look forward to applying her deep financial and operational expertise as we drive our core industrial gas business and execute our clean hydrogen megaprojects around the world.”
Graziano has served as Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of United States Steel Corporation since August, leading all aspects of finance.
Prior to joining United States Steel Corporation, Graziano spent eight years with United Rentals, equipment rental provider as executive vice-president and chief financial officer.
News of Graziano’s appointment follows the Board announcing the extension of Seifi Ghasemi’s term as Chairman, President, and CEO until 30th September 2028.
From 30th September 2024 and each year thereafter, the contract term will automatically renew to be a five-year term unless either party terminates the agreement.
