Lincoln Electric promotes three Executives in its Americas Welding segment

US-based welding product manufacturer The Lincoln Electric Company has announced a shake-up to its line of Executive employees in its Americas Welding Segment with three staff members receiving promotions.

Firstly, Douglas Lance has been promoted to President of Cleveland Operations where he will be responsible for Lincoln’s Cleveland, Ohio and Torreon, Mexico operations, product development and management and supply chain activities. Lance has been with the company since 1990, where he began his career as an engineering trainee before holding a number of engineering and management roles.

Secondly, Edward Crouse will assume the role of Vice-President of Cleveland Operations and will oversee all manufacturing and operational support activities across Lincoln’s northeast Ohio facilities. Crouse has also been with the company for several decades, having joined Lincoln in 1986 as an engineering trainee. Most recently he served as General Manager, Consumables.
