Grzegorz Moroz was named Program Manager – Heat Treatment & Atmospheres for the Metals & Glass Segment of Linde where he is responsible for driving growth through the implementation of industrial gas solutions.
These include the patented SINTERFLEX® process for enhanced control of sintering metal powders, the CARBOFLEX® solution portfolio, HYDROFLEX® atmosphere control systems and the CRYOFLEX® cryogenic treatment for hardened steel.
Moroz and his team of application sales engineers collaborate with regional account management groups to implement solutions that help customers increase efficiency, improve quality and consistency, and enhance the safety of their operations. In addition, he serves as the primary interface to the global atmospheres application development team of Linde, as well as to heat treatment trade associations and associated groups in the US.
Moroz brings nearly 18 years of in-depth metallurgy and industrial gas industry experience to his role at the Linde Metals & Glass Group, including roles in Poland that served various metal markets. Currently based at Linde’s headquarters in Murray Hill, NJ, he joined the Linde team in 1996 and has held a variety of positions, most recently as Application Sales Engineer in the Central and Midwest areas. Moroz led Linde’s Team to deploy REBOX® oxyfuel technology which has helped ArcelorMittal win the Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST) 2009 Energy Achievement Award, and received the Linde Spirit Award for Customer Focus and Process Excellence.
