Messer has topping-out ceremony


Messer has held a topping-out ceremony for its second production facility in Germany.

There’s been 10000 cubic metres of earth moved, 5000 cubic metres of concrete poured, and 1300 square metres of brickwork used on the new air gas production facility being built by Messer on the Salzgitter Flachstahl site, a subsidiary of the Salzgitter AG company.

Just before winter sets in, Messer and its partners are celebrated the topping-out for the new construction project, in which Messer has invested approximately €50m.

In total, there are approximately 80 people working full-time at the Messer construction site.
