Messer to showcase wave impingement freezer at IPPE

Messer will host a virtual trade show booth, highlighting its chilling and freezing technologies, at the virtual International Production and Processing Expo (IPPE) on 25th-29th January.

Sharing a preview of its plans for the event, Messer said it will showcase its new wave impingement freezer, and deliver an on-demand TECHTalk on bottom injection chilling for blending proteins and ingredients, ensuring reliable cryogenic supply by transitioning to liquid nitrogen from carbon dioxide (CO2).
