Nel receives order for two new hydrogen stations in Norway

Nel Hydrogen Solutions, a divison of Nel ASA, has been awarded a contract by Uno-X Hydrogen to build the next two H2Station® hydrogen (H2) fuelling stations in Norway.

“Nel is proud to announce that we have been awarded a contract from Uno-X Hydrogen to build two additional H2 fuelling stations in Norway. We see that the stations already established in Akershus and Bergen are very well utilised, and with the expected influx of H2 vehicles during 2018, the new stations will help increase the value of the total network, which again should trigger increased sales of vehicles,” says Jon André Løkke, CEO of Nel.

The purchase order has a value of EUR 2 million and the fuelling stations will be delivered during the first and second quarter of 2019.

Uno-X Hydrogen is a joint venture between Uno-X, Praxair and Nel, aiming at building a network of H2 fuelling stations covering the major cities in Norway by 2020.
