Canada-based ASDevices has released its plug-in purged lip sealing valve (PLSV) – technology that the company claims eliminates all leak types, including inboard, outboard and cross port leaks.
Traditional rotary valves typically feature a rotating disc or drum with internal passages that align with ports to regulate the flow of material.
While these valves are effectives, they may suffer from leakage issues, particularly in demanding applications such as ultra high purity (UHP) environments.
