Overseas outlook begins at school for TNSC


Taiyo Nippon Sanso (TNSC) has begun a fresh initiative to promote the company name overseas.
In accordance with schools, TNSC recently held its first science class hoped to champion industrial gases abroad.
Spearheading the company’s new initiative to promote itself overseas, the end of 2010 saw the first class of its kind receive a warm reception.
The Taiyo Nippon Sanso Science Class for Kids was held at the Japanese school in Dalian, China and drew attention to the applicability of industrial gases whilst also considering environmental issues.
The class was particularly aimed at introducing elementary school students to science through experiments using liquid nitrogen and other industrial gases.
School children enjoyed being guided through three different practicals; freezing roses, cooling-off different gases as well as superconductive electricity experiments. The initiative received a rapturous reception, leading a company spokesperson to comment, “We will be having more science classes mainly in Asia.”
