Meritus Gas Partners has entered into a partnership with Washington-based OXARC.
Founded in 1968, OXARC is a family-run distributor of industrial and specialty gases, welding and safety supplies in the US. The company operates in 20 locations across Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
Co-Executive Vice-Presidents Jenna Fitzgerald and Jason Kirby will continue to lead the business while holding significant equity ownership in Meritus.
“Partnering with Mertius affords two generations of Walmsley owners to retire and monetise their investments, while allowing the company to remain under the direction of the family’s third generation,” said Fitzgerald.
