Pentair, Inc. has completed the acquisition of the Clean Process Technologies division of Norit Holding, B.V. The acquisition took place at a purchase price of €503 million.

CPT’s product offerings include innovative ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membrane technologies, aseptic valves, CO2 recovery and control systems in addition to specialty pumping equipment.
