North American tier one industrial gas firm, Praxair, Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share.
After revealing positive third quarter fiscal results, the company has declared a quarterly dividend that is unchanged from the previous quarter.
The dividend is payable on 15th September 2011, to shareholders of record on 7th September 2011.
Praxair prides itself as the largest industrial gases company in North and South America, and one of the largest worldwide, with 2010 sales of $10bn.
