Heather Ferrand, who formerly held the position of Vice President of Specialty Gas, has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development for Butler Gas Products.
Heather joined the 66-year-old family-owned and operated business, which is based in Pittsburgh, in 1992, focusing on accounts receivable and administrative duties at the company’s Beaver County location.
“If there was an issue collecting money,” President/CEO Jack Butler shares, “Heather wouldn’t just call the customer- she’d go visit them. She was a natural, and our customers started asking to see her.”
Heather advanced into outside sales for industrial gas, then specialty gas. Currently as VP Business Development, Heather is responsible for fostering strategic partnerships in key accounts, both industrial and specialty. Her relationship-orientated attitude, strong business acumen, and supply chain expertise enable Heather to best represent Butler Gas Products’ principal accounts.
