In addition to Airgas’ recent completion with Conley Gas, Ltd. the company has also penned two further acquisitions.
In separate transactions, Airgas has purchased two other businesses with aggregate annual revenues of $5m. The companies consisted of a beverage CO2 distributor in Texas, as well as a provider of medical gases, equipment, and certification services in the pacific Northwest.
In total the last fiscal year has been lucrative for the firm. Since April 2010, the company has completed seven acquisitions which, according to Airgas, total approximate acquired annual revenues of $20m.
