The SIAD Group has announced that the close of August saw its historic Italargon brand become part of SIAD Macchine Impianti.
Italargon specialised in the design and production of Robot-controlled Islands and Welding Systems for all manner of applications.
Utilising its own specific know-how, which is already appreciated by numerous Italian and foreign companies, the Italargon Division aims to strengthen its international presence with a wide range of products – while at the same time making use of the Sales Network and Certified Service Centres of SIAD Macchine Impianti.
Synergy, competitiveness and the best allocation of resources are described as the key words to sum-up the newly announced union, which strengthens the Italargon Division and at the same time extends the offer of products and services of SIAD Macchine Impianti.
