Illinois Instruments and Systech Instruments, two gas analysis manufacturers, are set to merge.
The companies have enjoyed a longstanding relationship since 1985 and hope that the move to combine will allow joint resourcing and efficiency of Research & Development, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing and Servicing.
Bryan Cummings, Managing Director, commented, “The merger of Systech Illinois will reinforce the close working relationship of these two companies. We look forward to continuing to provide our customers with specialist help and support in gas analysis applications.”
Thanks to the recent move, the duo will benefit from manufacturing operations in the UK as well as the US. In addition Systech Illinois has sales and support facilities in China and Thailand and over 100 dedicated representatives worldwide.
The Systech Illinois range offers gas analysers for process industries, gas flushing of food and permeation applications.
The firm is celebrating the merger by launching its new website, www.systechillinois.com.
