Telemedicine: the digitisation of home healthcare


As digitisation of industry continues to evolve, key healthcare sectors such as telemedicine have seen rapid advances. During the Covid-19 pandemic, face-to-face appointments between a patient and a healthcare professional were far and few between. Telemedicine enabled doctors to offer remote clinical services, such as evaluation and diagnosis, to patients unable to be examined in-person.
