NF3, Xe and Neon blends were the top three gases spurring growth in the electronics sector in 2022, delegates attending the Asia-Pacific Industrial Gases Conference heard today.
Andy Tuan, Managing Director of Asia, Linx Consulting, highlighted key gas, sustainability and market trends during a presentation at the gasworld conference in Kuala Lumpur.
Overall Electronic Speciality Gas (ESG) value growth for 2022 over 2021 was $852m for all gases, with rare gases ($581m) accounting for 68% of overall value growth.
