Low-carbon technology manufacturer Topsoe has made a commitment to reaching Net Zero emissions by 2040, in line with the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi) Net Zero Standard.
The announcement comes just months after the company revealed it aims to reduce its operational emissions by at least 95% in 2030.
An additional part of its decarbonisation strategy will see the company transitioning to 80% renewable power within all operations by 2025.
By setting its target for 2040, the company aims to hit Net Zero targets a decade ahead of Paris Agreement targets.
