Foster Wheeler AG shareholders have elected two new Directors; Roberto Quarta and John Malcom.
The announcement came earlier this week when the firm released a press statement declaring that both Roberto Quarta and John Malcom would now join Foster Wheeler’s Board of Directors.
Quarta, 62, was elected to serve a term expiring at the company’s annual general meeting to be held in 2012. Meanwhile, John Malcom, 60, is to serve a term expiring at the company’s annual general meeting to be held in 2013.
Raymond Milchovich, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Foster Wheeler AG, expressed enthusiasm at the appointments. He said, “Recognising the broad and diverse experience that Roberto and John offer, we are extremely pleased that these two very accomplished gentlemen have chosen to join the Foster Wheeler board, and we all look forward to their future contributions.”
