Systech Illinois team are looking forward to presenting their gas analyser range at this year’s Achema exhibition – held in Frankfurt, Germany.
From Monday 15th to Friday 19th of June the company will be displaying: the nitrogen purge control system 9500 - which monitors and adjusts atmospheres in soldering machines and heat treatment furnaces, saving nitrogen, cutting costs and improving process control. The ATEX approved, intrinsically safe analysers for ppm and percent oxygen measurements of gas streams in hazardous area installations will also be on display as well as the Cylinder Gas Analysis System CA56 which quickly and easily measures trace gas impurities such as oxygen, moisture or other trace impurities in gas cylinders.
The Systech Illinois range of gas analysis equipment for the process industry are designed to accurately measure levels of oxygen, moisture and other gases within most industrial gas streams. These highly advanced analysers offer precise measurements for applications in demanding on-line operating conditions.
Systech Illinois has 30 years manufacturing experience in gas and moisture analysis. With head offices in the UK and US, regional offices in China and Thailand and the support of nearly 100 distributors worldwide the company is able to offer customers a continuing high level of service.
In March 2013, one of Teekay’s largest projects, the Voyageur Spirit FPSO achieved the first oil extraction on the Huntington field in the United Kingdom. Teekay was sending gas to be analysed in a lab – which had issues. But these were solved by using a Systech analyser.
Birmingham, UK, based food company Ghanim International has chosen to install three Systech Illinois oxygen monitors at their facility to ensure the levels of O2 in the air do not drop below a set level due to nitrogen gas escaping in the MAP process.
