Sierra Instruments has announced the introduction of a brand new line-up of its popular transit-time ultrasonic flow meters. The line-up now includes improved next generation Innova-Sonic® 205i and portable 210i models.
New to the offering, the Innova-Sonic® 203 has been optimised for customers still looking for good performance, but needing a lower cost, less feature rich option for dedicated clamp-on ultrasonic metering.
The Innova-Sonic 205i is Sierra’s highest performing dedicated clamp-on instrument incorporating the latest developments in digital signal processing to offer ‘excellent accuracy and repeatability for a wide variety of liquids’, a Sierra statement explains.
The Innova-Sonic 210i portable clamp-on ultrasonic meter has received a complete repackaging into a smaller more lightweight, hand-held configuration including new brighter display and pushbuttons.
“What a family,” said Matthew J. Olin, President of Sierra Instruments. “With our new Innova-Sonic 203, and updated 205i and 210i, we’ve got premium and economical solutions for just about any liquid flow application you can imagine with the convenience and elegance of clamp-on ultrasonic metering.”
Sierra instruments designs and manufactures high performance flow instrumentation for gas, liquid and steam applications commonly found in the semiconductor, environmental, scientific research, petrochemical, energy, aerospace, and general manufacturing industries.
Sierra Instruments has apparently delivered an economical solution to one of the industry’s ‘great challenges’, with the launch of its new Chlorine-Trak™ 760S Thermal Mass Flow Meter.
