The subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated provides enabling technologies for industrial growth markets that require advanced technology and high reliability.

West Virginia-based Falcon Analytical manufactures compact, rugged gas chromatographs (GC) for industrial process control, industrial laboratory and transportable GC applications.

“The Teledyne Falcon story began when Teledyne was attracted to Falcon Analytical because of our extraordinary, patented CALIDUSTM Ultrafast Gas Chromatograph,” Teledyne Falcon said in a statement.

“Our installed base of more than 60 blue chip companies, in more than 25 countries, serving lab, online, at line and transportable GC users also caught the attention of the professionals at Teledyne.

“As the Teledyne Falcon story unfolds we will have an even greater global sales, service, support, engineering and manufacturing capacity. We will be better able to meet the most demanding requirements in all these critical functions.

“After a conscientious transition process, Teledyne Falcon operations will move to the Teledyne Analytical division headquarters, in Englewood, Colorado U.S.A. All commitments to present customers and distributors will continue uninterrupted.”

Teledyne Falcon will now be the makers of the CALIDUS Ultrafast Gas Chromatograph and, after a transition-period, be based at the Teledyne Analytical division headquarters, in Englewood, Colorado. Falcon’s PALARUSTM and TALONTM GC Autosamplers will continue to be available.
