The HVG-2020A a media-isolated, gas composition independent, piezoresistive instrument that provides accurate pressure measurement throughout the rough vacuum region.
It has an optional color touchscreen display which provides several different views, or modes of operation, for the user including a graphical “pressure versus time” mode, process control set point mode, bar graph mode, and a simple pressure and temperature display.
A wide variety of analog output signals may be selected (0-1 VDC, 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, 0-20 mA, and 4-20 mA).
Unlike thermal based vacuum gauges, the HVG-2020A directly measures the pressure in the system. It does not infer the pressure by measuring the thermal conductivity of the gas. This means that the readings do not depend on the type of gas being used.
Hampton, Virginia-based Teledyne Hastings Instruments is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer and produces a complete line of instruments for precise measurement and control of vacuum, pressure and gas flow.
Teledyne Hasting Instruments, a manufacturer of vacuum instruments and gas mass flow instruments, is celebrating 75 years in business.
