For the first time, the company is uniting all of its brands into one main site (Fredericks tilt sensors and electronics, Televac® and ETI vacuum measurement products). This will make it much easier for visitors to find the solutions they need from the company’s extensive line of high-performance sensors, electronic assemblies, gauges, controllers and precision custom glass components. Previously, Fredericks’ popular Televac brand had been made available only on a separate website.
The homepage design of the new site features mega menu navigation functionality. This technology enables users to quickly familiarize themselves with the information on the site and find the pages they want with only a few clicks. Intuitive, image-based page design makes it easy to find the right product for any application. Product pages provide a wealth of critical information including photos, detailed specs, downloadable datasheets and clear instructions on how to find a local sales rep and place an order.
Users who would like extra help finding the solution they need can use the interactive product selection guide or the live chat feature. Via the live chat, Fredericks engineers, applications specialists and customer support personnel are standing by to assist visitors.
To accommodate the needs of mobile users, the site uses responsive design technology. No matter the screen size – smart phone, tablet or desktop computer – the site will automatically resize and properly display the information on each page.
