Gas detection specialist Analox has been awarded the highest, three-star honour in an independent assessment of its customer service levels.

Criteria to clinch the accolade included how well Analox understood its customers’ needs, products and services that met said needs, as well as service and loyalty levels.
“By achieving a three-star award this further acknowledges how much we value our customers and we were delighted to find out that they were happy with the level of service they receive from us,” Lewis added.
The UK-based business was bestowed with the top level award from Investor in Customers (IIC) – an assessment company focused on helping organisations to improve satisfaction levels – after obtaining feedback from customers, staff and senior management, alongside an independent assessment.
On average, less than 10% of organisations who work with IIC are given the three-star award in the first assessment.
