Following a joint venture established earlier this year, Turkish machinery firm Cazgir and northern America's Cryogenic Vessel Alternatives (CVA) will utilise Turkey's access to the European Union as a springboard to manufacture high quality LNG transportation tanks.

CVA, the fluid gas container and transporter manufacturer, in partnership with Cazgir are poised to contribute to European and Russian alternative energy pursuits by providing high quality tankers that carry LNG and cater for the increase in demand for LNG in Turkey.

Chris Carr, president of CVA, comments, $quot;One of the businesses we want to grow out of Turkey is developing products to compete in the industrial gas applications market as well as the oil field service nitrogen pumping equipment. Turkey is a great springboard to bring products into Europe, more so than the United States.$quot;
