VBS International has acquired Cryotech Incorporated.
VBS, has been a leader in cryogenic transfer systems for more than 25 years while Cryotech, based in Southern California specialises in cryogenic dewar repair, gas control panels and on-site servicing of plant systems.
The Cryotech office will remain open with the previous owner, Jim Amato remaining to help with the transition and day to day operations. All other current employees will remain on staff and extra staff will also be taken on in order to accommodate growth.

VBS was founded in 1979 and has an extensive history of developing and manufacturing systems for safe, efficient distribution of cryogenic fluids. The company manufactures vacuum insulated LN2 handling products including flexible cryogenic hoses, bendable LN2 piping and a variety of automatic filling equipment.
VBS will now be known as Cryotech International, a VBS company.
