In order to remove contaminants from the gas flow and therefore extend the service life of the components, while at the same time reducing maintenance costs, WEH has developed a comprehensive product portfolio of particle and fine filters for gas system integration. The filters are suitable for numerous technical gases, as well as for various other gaseous and liquid media.
WEH® filters clean the gas flow reliably and safely from contaminated particles in gas and pipe networks. Depending on the design, filter elements between 1 and 40 microns will be installed for the protection of downstream system components.
The WEH Particle filters TSF2 and TSF4 are available as round or T-shape filters and come with various connection configurations, including a tube fitting and internal or external thread.
The TSF2 Coalescing filters offer maximum particle removal efficiency. The medium flows through the filter and components with a slower flow rate like oil, water and other liquid aerosols will form droplets, which fall to the bottom of the filter, where they are extracted via the oil outlet. The fine filters feature an efficiency of approx. 99.9% > 0.3 microns.
State-of-the-art testing facilities ensure comprehensive testing of WEH filters – from the design phase to mass production. All products comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). All oxygen equipment is furthermore subject to an adiabatic ignition test.
