The Westfalen Group, in Münster, is again among the best players in Germany. The award was determined through the news magazine ‘Focus’ – in cooperation with the career network Xing and the assessment platform Kununu.
The awards examined more than 2,000 companies and a total of 22 branches. A grand total of 806 companies received, from their employees, “top marks” and thus the title of “Best Employers”. More than 70,000 employees and workers from all positions and ages answered more than 50 questions about issues – including workplace issues, career opportunities, leadership style and working atmosphere.
The group achieved 27th place (previous year 28th) before Henkel, Air Liquide Germany and Bionorica.
“I am pleased that our employees have given us again a positive feedback,” says Rolf Glahn, from Human Resources. “We invest above average in the training and qualification of staff. In addition, we are expanding our health management and currently provide the basis for modern and ergonomic working environments. Our employees ensure the company’s success.”
