WITT, German manufacturer, releases new bluetooth enabled Gas analyser

The new improved Oxybaby 6.0, a Gas analyser from German manufacturer WITT, has the added attachment of bluetooth and a built-in barcode reader. All control checks can now be completely mobile as it is light weight and small: at 580 grams and 187 x 106 x 91mm. In addition to wireless connectivity it includes a USB port allowing attachment to printer or PC. WITT has also incorporated a SD card slot enabling new firmware to be installed when needed and without delay.

Head of WITT marketing, Alexander Kampschulte, said, “Workflow in this area has never been as mobile, as quick and as straightforward.” Units recognise if the measuring needle is obstructed which rules out any measuring errors. Additionally, it only takes six seconds to determine the gas concentration within packages and can distinguish between up to 25 users, 50 lines of packaging and 100 products.

The Oxybaby is encased in an ergonomically shaped protective case and includes a compact label printer. The bluetooth and barcode reader may be optional extras, but the basic version is still highly versatile.
