One of the largest energy and chemical companies in China, Yankuang Group, has joined forces with Air Liquide to promote hydrogen energy (H2).
The two companies signed a framework cooperation agreement on Friday (4th January) to jointly develop plans for the development of H2 infrastructure and H2 fuel cell vehicles in China’s Shandong Province and to build a sustainable H2 energy infrastructure network.
Yue Baode, Yankuang Group Director said the signing of the contract is an important achievement for both companies to build consensus, deepen mutual trust and seek common development.
Yankuang will conscientiously implement the cooperation framework agreement, strengthen H2 energy technology research, establish a H2 energy industry alliance with Shandong Guohui and Shandong Heavy Industry, build an industrial system for H2 energy preparation, purification, storage and transportation of H2 energy supply, and build a demonstration of H2 energy vehicle use.
