Canadian carbon capture company Carbon Engineering has appointed Kerri Fox as its new Chief Financial Officer, replacing Susan Koch who will now serve as Chief Operating Officer and Vice-President of Accounting.

Fox has more than 20 years of project finance and corporate growth experience, including roles as a banker, financial advisor, board member and attorney, and will bring her highly relevant strategic, financing, commercial and legal skillset.
Fox has also served on the boards of Alterra Power Corp. and TerraForm Power, working through periods of important growth and transformation.
