Linde Romania has completed the double acquisition of both Rodmir Expert SA and ITO Industries International SA, strengthening its already leading position in the region.
Reports suggest that Linde Gaz Romania S.R.L. has moved to acquire BUSE Gaz SRL and its subsidiaries, with the deal currently in the hands of local competition authorities.
The partners in the first LNG project to be developed in the Black Sea will decide in January whether to press on with the €4.5bn investment after the feasibility study has been already completed, Ziarul Financiar daily reported.
