For over 45 years TOMCO2 Systems has been a leader in the design, manufacture and support of carbon dioxide (CO2) systems. Air Water’s acquisition of TOMCO2 in February 2018 enabled TOMCO2 to bring capital, leadership resources, and industry expertise to build on a strong base and enable the company to focus on expansion.
While the company’s main facilities remain in Loganville, Georgia, and Jackson, Mississippi, the acquisition enabled TOMCO2 to invest in both operations and employees to grow those locations and improve its offerings, including in the beverage sector.
A core strategic market sector for TOMCO2 both before and after the acquisition has been food and beverage. Bottling plants, breweries, meat and poultry processing are the main food and beverage industries the company has involved itself in. TOMCO2 has adapted to changing trends in the US brewery industry. The rise of craft breweries and an increased demand of high-quality CO2 from the craft breweries has been a well-recognized change in the beverage sector.
