The Industrial Gas Project House (IGPH) builds a hi-tech filling plant in Sweden after it strikes a deal with Yara Praxair.

Yara Praxair, a leading supplier of industrial gases in Scandinavia – offering a complete range of industrial, medical and specialty gases onshore and offshore activities - wanted to increase their market share in Sweden.

To accomplish this the company envisioned the construction of a gas filing plant with the newest technology, to ensure a low total cost of ownership.

The company turned to iGAS Technology Solutions, in partnership with m-Tech, Filltech, Krytem and Aeroflex, which provided a complete cylinder-filling technology plant.

The companies utilised their combined expertise and have ensured – through cooperation – high-level technology at a cost-effective price.

As a result of this cooperation, The Industrial Gas Project House introduced the iVolve10 range, a range of flexible, packaged automatic cylinder filling systems and equipment that can be built off-site to reduce the on-site installation time.

All products of the iVolve10 range can be customised according to the customer’s specific needs.

Challenged by the Yara Praxair project to keep in mind the maintenance and installation costs but also to guarantee high-level filling demands, the plug-an-play solution was adapted to the specific needs of Yara Praxair in Sweden.

Filling occurs automatically between all the fill modules (including venting and vacuum processes), with minimum operator interaction. The entire system is visible over a secure connection for remote support and automatic fill records are generated.
