Linde’s has today (25th Oct) appointed Joe Kaeser and Alberto Weisser to its Board of Directors, effective 1st November (2021).
Hot on the heels of its CEO and Chairman succession plan, the industrial gas giant said the new additions will strengthen both the Board and benefit the company’s stakeholders.

As of November, Kaeser will serve on Linde’s Nomination and Governance and the Human Capital Committees and Weisser will serve on the Audit and the Sustainability Committees.
