Miller Electric has launched a new augmented reality welding system to support introductory level and student welders.

Dubbed MobileArc, the solution is an easy-to-use simulation tool which is both easy to use and portable, making it easy to transport for remote learning and welding events.

Further to that, an easy set-up and a simple user interface allows students to work independently and not rely on instructors to start their training experience.

Commenting on the launch, Miller said, “Miller understands that attracting and effectively training welding students on a limited budget can be challenging. MobileArc offers a convenient option the fits into most budgets.”

“It’s highly realistic and portable, with an intuitive design that is simple enough for students to self-learn so instructors can maximise efficiency in the classroom.”
