In a move set to advance net zero ambitions, Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group (Group) – a subsidiary of Nikkiso Co., Ltd – has joined the California Fuel Cell Partnership (CaFCP) as an ambassador.
This marks the collaboration between the two organisations to help establish 200 hydrogen fuelling stations by 2025.
It also comes as the Group is setting in motion a series of global expansions, with a new engineering and service facility opening in Houston, Texas, and South Korea this year, and a new centre in Germany in 2022.
Commenting on the association, Peter Wagner, CEO, Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group, said, “We are excited to be part of CaFCP to provide clean energy alternatives and look forward to collaborate with other CaFCP members in the fuel cell hydrogen fuel market.”
In addition to hydrogen fuelling stations, the Group is developing hydrogen refueler pumps, and high capacity/high pressure reciprocating hydrogen pumps.
