The company’s European branch was recognised with a gold medal for sustainability by rating agency EcoVadis in September, and now the Nippon Sanso Holdings Group (NSHD) has confirmed to gasworld it is ‘working to enable a carbon neutral world.
Nippon Gases was placed in the top 5% industrial gas companies for its sustainability rating after being awarded a gold medal by agency EcoVadis.
The ranking evaluates four key areas: environmental, ethics, human and labour rights and sustainable procurement.
