Praxair has again been recognised for its environmental, social and governance (ESG) leadership as it was named in the FTSE4Good Index Series by FTSE Russell for the second consecutive year.
The series includes the FTSE4Good Global Benchmark Index, FTSE4Good Global Minimum Variance Index, FTSE4Good US 100 Index and FTSE4Good US Benchmark Index.

Praxair has been widely recognised for its efforts to support global sustainable development, including being named to the STOXX Global ESG Leaders Indices for the seventh consecutive year, the 2016 World Dow Jones Sustainability Indices for the 14th consecutive year and also being named a 2017 World’s Most Ethical Company® by the Ethisphere Institute.
The FTSE4Good Series of Indexes is designed to help investors integrate ESG factors into their investment decisions. The indexes identify companies that better manage ESG risks and are used as a basis for tracker funds, structured products and as a performance benchmark.
Praxair, Inc. has announced it has expanded its Skills Pipeline Workforce Development Programme and will be working with Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis “to help take Indiana’s workforce to the next level”.
