Airgas donates PPE to emergency preparedness organisations


Airgas has donated personal protection equipment (PPE) items to local emergency preparedness and disaster response organisations throughout the US.

The Pennsylvania-based Air Liquide company acquired the PPE items during the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19). Items donated include face coverings, disposable globes, and protective covers.

Airgas’ work was coordinated with the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA’s) National Response Coordination Centre, which identified and connected the industrial gas specialist with local aid organisations.
