The South Australian Government has unveiled its preferred consortium, comprising ATCO Australia and BOC, a Linde company, to lead the development of what ATCO is calling the ‘world’s largest hydrogen production facility’ and a hydrogen power plant located near Whyalla, South Australia.
This landmark initiative, forming part of South Australia’s Hydrogen Jobs Plan Project, marks a significant step towards advancing the hydrogen economy.
The ATCO Australia and BOC consortium is set to collaborate under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreement with the State Government.
