BCGA creates new role to bolster ‘pioneering’ work of technical committees

The British Compressed Gases Association (BCGA) is supporting the work undertaken by its technical committees by appointing Emily Foster as its new Committees and Technical Executive.

The organisation’s ten subcommittees will receive support from MChem graduate Foster, who is equipped with an extensive background in technical development and regulatory affairs, including expertise in CLP, REACH and Biocidal Products Regulations.

Key to the BCGA’s commitment to industrial quality, safety and environmental measures, its technical subcommittee members volunteer to advance best practices in sectors including hydrogen and other gaseous fuels, chemistry, medical gases and transport.
