B&J Welding Supply expands gases business with GM Welding Supply acquisition
Welding gases, equipment, and safety solutions supplier B&J Welding Supply has acquired GM Welding Supply, a Texas-based welding and gases supplier.
The companies will combine and operate under the B&J Welding Supply name.
The combination of the two businesses will provide an expanded product line, including industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding equipment, tools and safety supplies.

“We’re confident that the business is in great hands, and I’m thrilled to see it continue to grow under new leadership that shares our values and commitment to excellence.”
The integration process has been underway since the start of the month, with both companies working together to ensure a smooth transition.

“This acquisition allows us to expand our footprint in San Angelo, offer a broader inventory, and improve customer support – all while honouring the legacy and relationships GM Welding Supply has built over the years,” he said.
