Chart Industries acquires AdEdge; expands its presence in the water treatment solutions space
Chart Industries is expanding its presence in the water treatment solutions space, having on Monday (30th August) announced the acquisition of AdEdge Holdings for $40m.
A water treatment technology and solutions provider, AdEdge specialises in the design, development, fabrication and supply of water treatment solutions, specialty medias, legacy and technologies that remove a wide range of contaminants from water.
News of the acquisition follows the launch of ChartWater™, a division within Specialty Products that offers water treatment solutions. The division was born out of Chart and BlueInGreen’s water treatment commitments.
