German-Italian electrolyser manufacturer Enapter has signed a framework supply contract worth more than $6.5m with China-based engine and drive company Wolong.
Signed today (7th August), the deal includes the delivery five-megawatt multi-core systems for various customers in China, in addition to around 130 compact single-core electrolysers (AEM Electrolyser EL 4.0).
By expanding its business to China, Enapter aims to make modular hydrogen solutions competitive in the country, taking advantage of the rapidly expanding global interest in hydrogen electrolysers.
