Hexagon Digital Wave, a business of Hexagon Composites, has signed a long-term agreement to supply Linde Gas & Equipment with ultrasonic examination testing equipment and services globally.
According to a statement released today (23rd January), the ultrasonic examination testing equipment will be used globally for the requalification of Type 1 metallic cylinders used in various industrial and medical applications.
George Siedlecki, CEO of Hexagon Digital Wave, said the agreement further strengthens the business relationship between Hexagon Digital Wave and Linde Gas & Equipment.
He continued, “We strongly believe that the precision, convenience, and environmental benefits of UE testing of metallic cylinders give it a significant competitive advantage over hydrostatic testing, which is currently used in the market today.”
