Linde has today (27th February) announced Paula Rosput Reynolds as a new Director, effective immediately.
The industrial gas giant has said that Reynolds will serve on the Audit and Sustainability committees, bringing substantial knowledge and global experience.
Throughout her career, she has held several senior roles, including CEO of Duke Energy Power Services, chair, president, and CEO of AGL Resources, chair and CEO of Safeco Corporation, and vice chair and chief restructuring officer of AIG.
She is currently President and CEO of PreferWest LLC, a business advisory firm, and is also currently Chair of National Grid plc. She also serves as a Director at General Electric and a Senior Independent Director at bp plc.
