Two new names have been put forward as potential members of Atlas Copco’s Board of Directors, including Karin Rådströn, CEO of Mercedes-Benz Trucks, and Vagner Rego, who will become CEO of Atlas Copco in May 2024.
Atlas Copco’s nomination committee today (22nd March) confirmed its plans to renew, rejuvenate, and internationalise its board, as well as add an additional member, taking it from eight to nine heads.
The nomination committee has also proposed the re-election of all current board members, except for Atlas Copco’s departing CEO and President Mats Rahmström.
Hans Stråberg is proposed to be re-elected as Chairman of the Board.
