Atlas Copco has acquired all operating assets of Oregon-based Pacific Sales & Service.
Pacific Sales & Service is a distributor of compressors, associated spares, and accessories. The company has 15 employees and is located in Portland, Oregon.
Now part of Atlas Copco, Pacific Sales & Service will become part of the Compressor Technique Service division.
Vagner Rego, President of the business area, said the acquisition will give Atlas Copco a stronger presence in the Portland area, which has a very diverse manufacturing base.
